These terms apply to your use of Sideline Talent Pool (the “site”), designed, developed, and operated by EVRlakes Digital LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the site is for
The site is a free informational and research resource about college football coaching staffs, coaching changes and related opportunities at NCAA Division II, Division III and NAIA programs. It is offered for general information only. It is not professional, legal or employment advice.
Where the information comes from
Staff listings are compiled from schools’ public athletics websites, and program lists and coaching changes come from Wikipedia and the announcements it cites. We link to the source on each listing. The fact that information is publicly available does not mean it may be used for any purpose; you are responsible for using it lawfully and respectfully.
No guarantee of accuracy
Coaching staffs change often, and source pages can be incomplete or out of date. We work to keep the site accurate, but we do not guarantee that any information is complete, correct or current. Always confirm important details with the school or the original source before relying on them.
Corrections and removal
If you spot an error or want a listing reviewed or removed, see Corrections / Data Removal. You can also submit a move. Submissions are reviewed by hand and may be edited, declined or published in our own words; by submitting, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and give us permission to use it on the site and in the newsletter.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site or its information to harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse anyone;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages to people listed on the site;
- scrape, crawl, or extract data from the site in bulk by automated means, or republish the directory as a substantially similar database, without our written permission;
- submit false, misleading, or defamatory information through the submission form or otherwise;
- interfere with the site’s operation or security, or try to get around rate limits or other protections; or
- use the site for any unlawful purpose.
We may block access or remove content where we believe these terms have been broken.
Ownership
The site’s design, code, text we write, compilation and organization of data, and the Sideline Talent Pool name and logo belong to EVRlakes Digital LLC. Facts themselves, and content owned by schools or other third parties, remain with their respective owners. School names and marks are used only to identify programs.
Third-party sites and job boards
The site links to websites we do not control, including school athletics sites, Wikipedia, job boards, and our newsletter provider. We are not responsible for their content, availability, listings, or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
No affiliation
Sideline Talent Pool is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any school, athletic conference, the NCAA, or the NAIA.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, EVRlakes Digital LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its information. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
